Please make sure your clothing to be repaired is cleaned, oil-free and powdered before bringing or shipping it to us. We also offer latex washing service upon request.

All latex repairs are shipped by us as an insured package via DHL.

Yes, if you do not want to receive the package with your repaired latex clothing at home, we offer you the possibility to have it sent to a Pack station.

As soon as your package is on its way to you, we will inform you about it. You will receive a tracking link from us, with which you can track your shipment online.

Cleaning & Drying:
- Latex should only be washed by hand. Use lukewarm water and simple, grease-dissolving dishwashing detergent without additional care products or other additives.
- Special latex care products are also suitable, while conventional detergents should be avoided.
- Leave the latex clothing in the water and turn it over several times. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all detergent residues.
- To dry, hang the clothes and turn several times during drying.
- Note that latex can absorb water, which can cause stains to appear on certain colors while they are still wet. However, these disappear when completely dry.

The average repair time is 4-7 business days.

We currently accept cash and bank transfer.

We offer a 2-week warranty on our repairs upon receipt of the repaired garment. However, please note that we cannot guarantee chlorinated latex, although we are often accommodating in this case.

After the repair, we recommend the following latex care products:

- Detergent: Hexi Blau -Powder:  Talcum powder.
- Latex care oil: Vivishine – Latexpolish.
